This event is open to everyone. We welcome families, friends, individuals, and anyone looking to enjoy a day filled with community and togetherness.

Your £1 ticket covers admission to the venue. Games, food and drink are available to purchase separately in the Food Street section.

Yes. Entry is £1 for both adults and children.

Tickets will need to be purchased in advance and confirmation of booking is to be presented on the day.

We will have a token system for games and activities on the day. For example, attractions such as the bouncy castle will have a cost of 2 tokens. Tokens can be purchased at our token booth on the day. Every child will receive 2 free tokens with entry.

Heriot-Watt University has many free parking spaces.

Yes, the venue has step-free access.

There will be some seating available at the venue. Priority goes to elderly and disabled attendees, so please be mindful of this when using the seats.

Doors will open at 12:00 and close at 19:00.
